In 2002, the Fortress Investment Group decided to add two players to the leadership. Michael Novogratz from Goldman Sachs joined the board and served as a fund manager until the time he left the company in 2015. Later Peter Bridger joined the Fortress firm and worked as a principal, to date he is still a principal. Peter Bridger had experience of 15 years from Goldman Sachs and also from the Asian financial sector making him to execute his responsibilities in improving productivity of Fortress Company.
