The acquisition of high controlling stake comes months after the company purchased Chicago Tyson foods giving it an accelerated growth. Additionally, OSI industries have also acquired Flagship Europe a U.K company that has a broad range of innovative and quality products. Flagship Europe deals with product categorize like sous vide product, frozen poultry, mayonnaise, dressings, and sauces. The Flagship Europe also extended its product portfolio to include the sector of Food To Go after it acquired Calder Food, a company that supplies dips, marinades, and sandwich fillings.
