Two of the most recognizable names in the sport of race car driving in Brazil are Rodrigo Terpins and his brother Michel Terpins. The duo, along with their two other team members, have been participating in the country’s Sertoes Rally for a number of years, and are the winners of many top awards that they earned in the contest. The Sertoes Rally is held annually, and it is a multi-state event that consists of 7 stages and 2,600 kilometers of rough road. In 2015, Rodrigo Terpins and his driving partners formed the Bull Sertoes team, which came to be known as one of the best teams in the race. In order to help the men get through the rocky terrain each contestant has to try to power through to get a good ranking, the team’s sponsor MEM Motorsports designed a powerful vehicle for them called T-Rex, a machine they added a V8 engine to for the purpose of giving it more of an advantage.
According to Terra, not only is Rodrigo Terpins a formidable competitor in the rally, he is also a part of the corporate industry. After graduating from Saint Hilaire College with a degree in Business Administration, he obtained a top position at a popular women’s clothing store. From 1991 to 2006, he was the President and CEO of Lojas Marisa, and during his years there, he helped it become one of the biggest female clothing brands in Brazil, and its stores are now in almost every shopping center that’s located in the Latin American nation. After leaving his position at Lojas Marisa, he became the Director of a business called T5 Participacoes. But his love for the racetrack persists, so he continues to participate in the sport of speed racing in the Sertoes Rally each year.
Rodrigo Terpins was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and being the son of a former professional basketball player, Jack Terpins, he developed an enthusiasm for sports at a young age, with his biggest interest being in race car driving. According to marketresearch.tech, he and the other members of the Bull Sertoes team have a large fan base.
